9. Affiliate Program Terms

9.4 Eligibility Requirements: To participate in TheLoveChange's HQ Inner Circle Affiliate Program, affiliates must:

• Maintain an active HQ Inner Circle subscription for at least three consecutive months.

• Continue to have an active subscription to remain eligible.

9.5 Termination of Affiliate Status: Affiliates will lose access to their affiliate account and any accumulated commissions if:

• They cancel their subscription at any time.

• Their subscription payment fails or is not successfully processed.

10. Payments & Billing
